Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with tracking unless otherwise noted. We offer free priority shipping on all domestic orders of $99 and up. Orders are shipped on business days excluding federal holidays. We’re unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received that after five (5) business days, please check your SPAM folder. Please email us at customercare@southernorchidstudios.com with your order number and we will get your shipping information to you. 

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in mail carrier's systems.
