HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Placing a custom order with Southern Orchid Studios is easy and fun! Simply browse our shop to find the product you’d like to personalize, then select your customization options—like monogram style, thread color, or any special details. If you don’t see exactly what you want or have a unique idea in mind, just reach out! I’m happy to work with you to create something truly one-of-a-kind.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

All custom orders will receive a digital proof to review for accuracy, spelling, and details before production begins. Once you approve the proof, the order cannot be changed. Please review your proof carefully and reach out if you have any questions before approval.

WHAT MONOGRAM STYLES AND FONTS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of classic and modern monogram styles, including traditional vine monograms and clean block fonts. You can find examples and descriptions on our Monogram Mania page to help you choose the perfect look for your piece.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MORE THAN ONE ITEM IN THE SAME ORDER?

Absolutely! Feel free to personalize multiple items in one order. Just select your custom options for each product individually before checkout.

Shipping + DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Production time is typically five (5) to seven (7) business days after you approve your order proof. Shipping time depends on the option you select at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we ship only within the United States. Stay tuned — international shipping may be available in the future!

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door. Please allow 24 hours for carrier system to update.

RETURNS

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Due to the personalized nature of our items, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if there’s a mistake or defect, please contact me right away — I’m committed to making it right.

MY ORDER IS WRONG. WHAT DO I DO?

If your order arrives with an error or something isn’t quite right, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. Send a photo of the issue along with a description, and I’ll work quickly to make it right—whether that means a repair, replacement, or other solution.

PRODUCT CARE

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY EMBROIDERED ITEMS?

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend gentle washing (preferably hand wash or delicate cycle), cold water, and air drying. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MACHINE WASHABLE?

Yes! Most of our embroidered items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, but we always suggest following care instructions for longevity.

WILL THE EMBROIDERY FACE OR PEEL OVER TIME?

We use high-quality thread and stitching techniques designed for durability, but like all textiles, some wear is normal over time. Proper care helps your items stay beautiful longer.
