What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept most major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal. 

 

Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes, we do have gift cards available in our store. You can purchase at various denominations here

 

When will my order ship? 

Unless noted in the product description, average processing for your order is 5-7 business days. Once processed your order will be shipped and you will receive an email notification. Shipping times will vary depending on the method selected. You can find more information on our shipping times here

 

I received my tracking number but why is there no information shown in the shipper's system? 

Please allow 24 hours for the shipper's website to update and accurately display tracking information. 

 

Do you issue refunds or exchanges? 

Our top priority is customer satisfaction and we’re sorry your order didn’t work out. We do not accept returns on custom orders (monograms, watch bands, vinyl decals, etc.) or digital files.  All orders eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Southern Orchid Studios. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.  

 

Do you fulfill bulk orders? 

Depending on the product we do fulfill bulk orders. Processing time will be longer than the average 5-7 business days. If you are interested in ordering in bulk, please reach out to us at info@southernorchidstudios.com

 

How do pre-order sales work? 

We are happy to offer the option to pre-order select new styles that are not available ship yet. We will always include an estimated shipping date on the product page along with any newsletter that features the pre-order item. Orders will be processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You will get an email from our customer care team if there are any issues with your order and/or when it ships. 

 

An item I want is out of stock, how do I get it? 

We try out best to keep our website accurate and in stock of your favorite items. If there is an item that you desire that is out of stock reach out to our customer care address and we can place a pre-order for the item for you.
